1. Who we are
Studio by KN is operated by Ksenia Nosanchuk, an artist based in Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: enquiry@studio-by-kn.com
2. What we collect
When you use the chat or contact us, we may collect: - your name, country, email address and phone number; - your preferred contact time; - the artwork you are interested in and the content of your enquiry. With your consent, we also collect website usage data through analytics cookies (see section 8).
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange private viewings, reservations, shipping or commissions — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. - To complete and record a purchase — performance of a contract and compliance with legal and accounting obligations. - To send occasional news about new works — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. - To understand how visitors use the website and improve it — only with your consent to analytics cookies.
4. AI assistant
Our chat uses an AI assistant to help understand your enquiry. Your messages are processed by our AI provider for this purpose only and are not used by us to make automated decisions about you.
5. Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers to run this website: - Lovable — website hosting and AI gateway - OpenAI — AI model used by the chat assistant - Supabase — secure storage of enquiries - Telegram — notifying the studio of new enquiries - Google — web fonts, email-domain checks, and Google Analytics (analytics only with your consent) We do not sell your personal data or share it for others' marketing.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase: 24 months, then deleted. - Client and purchase records: 6 years, to meet accounting and legal obligations. - Newsletter contacts: until you unsubscribe. - Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics (14 months).
8. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are needed for the website to work and are always active. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location. No analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to enquiry@studio-by-kn.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
